Microsoft Exchange prompting for password of fqdns instead of server

Hi, For this issue, I want to clarify when this issue occurs? If this occurs when you try to log in Exchange Server, every domain need the domain account to login. So it prompts for password of fqdns. (please check the “log on to” when you input the password) If this occurs in other status, please explain your problem in detail. Thanks, Evan
